The Fine Print

- After hours and Holidays are available upon request at after-hours rates
- Rates are subject to change
- Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of $150
- Returned checks are subject to $75 service charge
- Travel rates for outside Los Angeles County are available upon request
Refund Policy
- No consulting, service or maintenance fees are refundable
- The cost of software licenses or software development services are not refundable
- That being said, we would rather have a satisfied client. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us withing 10 days of service and we will try to make it right!
Notes
- Onsite Rates cover Los Angeles County. Remote rates are world-wide. Please contact us for onsite service outside of Los Angeles County.
- Hosting provided by Xfernet Internet Services. Special rate available with Co Location only.
- These flat-rate fees do not include audio-visual equipment costs or travel expenses which are billed separately. Travel expenses for the facilitators include standard airfare within the continental U.S. or business class airfare outside the continental U.S., accommodations, and a $125 per diem for ground transportation, meals, and incidentals.
- Valid towards first hour of priority support. Purchase must be no earlier than Sunday, December 24, 2023 for service performed by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Purchase must be made from an Authorized Apple Reseller.
- One credit per invoice. Purchase must be no earlier then Thursday, February 22, 2024 for service performed by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Credits can only be applied to invoices from S.E.A.L. Systems.
- Valid L.A.U.S.D. schools and employees or accredited institutions within Los Angeles County.
