  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of $150.
  • Returned checks are subject to $75 service charge.
  • Travel rates for outside Los Angeles County are available upon request.

These flat rate fees do not include audio-visual equipment costs or travel expenses which are billed separately. Travel expenses for the facilitators include coach airfare within the continental U.S. or business class airfare outside the continental U.S., accommodations, and a $125 per diem for ground transportation, meals, and incidentals.
